• Keep it Dry: Always remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising. Wood absorbs moisture, which can cause warping or cracking.  

• Apply Beauty Products First: Put on your perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions before wearing your wooden jewelry. Chemicals in these products can strip the natural finish.  

• Storage: Store pieces in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight for long periods (like on a windowsill), as UV rays can fade the natural wood grain.  

🏠 For Wooden Home Decor

• Dusting: Use a soft, lint-free cloth for regular dusting.

• Conditioning: If the wood begins to look "thirsty" or dull, you can apply a tiny amount of food-safe mineral oil or natural beeswax. Buff gently with a soft cloth.

Wood is a natural material that "matures." Some woods may darken or develop a richer patina over time when exposed to air and light. This is a sign of authenticity and adds to the unique character of your piece.  

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

We use high-quality, nickel-free metals (such as surgical steel or sterling silver) for all jewelry findings to ensure they are gentle on sensitive skin.

Can I request a custom design?

We love creating unique stories! Please contact us via our "Custom Order through whatsapp" form with your ideas for home decor or personalized jewelry.

What is your return policy?

Since each item is handcrafted, we accept returns on non-custom items within 7days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition if boken.
